At Lifespan Healthcare LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for adults and pediatric patients with disabilities, with a focus on serving underserved communities. We proudly participate in state-funded programs such as GAPP and ICWP, ensuring that our services remain accessible to those in need. Our team consists of highly trained professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and compassionate sitters who are committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care.

As part of our commitment to giving back, we offer scholarships to high school students, helping them pursue careers in healthcare by becoming CNAs and starting their journey in the medical field. We also run a caregiver program that provides financial support to families, allowing them to stay at home and care for their loved ones while receiving the resources and assistance they need.
